For many years, there has been rules for so-called thermoset training and medical checks when handling diisocyanate products but also, for example, epoxy and methyl methacrylate products (MMA).
As of August 24, 2023, a new EU training requirement applies when handling polyurethane and polyurea products and all other products that contain more than 0.1% free monomers of diisocyanates. The training must be renewed every five years. Read more here!

It is not specified in REACH how old safety data sheets may be. According to REACH, updating of Safety Data Sheets must be done as soon as new information that may affect risk management measures or new information about hazards becomes available. Safety data sheets are updated continuously.
CE marking describes the purpose for which e.g. the joint compound is tested and approved for. Not all products are CE marked as there is no harmonized standard for all product groups. The CE mark is printed on the carton and on the product if it is CE marked.
